Introduction to the Felcorp Portal

The Felcorp Portal is the central platform Felcorp uses to manage every client engagement. Available on mobile through the App Store and Google Play, the portal provides a single location for contract management, performance tracking and ongoing support.

Felcorp uses the portal across all engagements to coordinate service delivery, track task progress and maintain oversight of contractual obligations. Every interaction, update and decision point is recorded, creating a complete audit trail of communication between Felcorp and the client.

How You Access It

During onboarding, each client receives access credentials for the portal. From there, all support requests, documentation and engagement records are available in one place. If you need to raise a question, review a deliverable or check the status of a task, the portal is where that happens.

Optional for Clients, Central for Felcorp

Clients are not required to use the portal on an ongoing basis. Some clients prefer to communicate through other channels, and that is entirely acceptable. Felcorp does not mandate portal use as a condition of service.

Felcorp always uses the portal internally to manage contracts and performance. Regardless of how a client chooses to communicate, the portal remains the system of record. All audit trails of communication are maintained there, ensuring transparency and accountability across the engagement.

Support and Access

All client support is managed through the portal. Whether you need technical assistance, want to review your service agreement or require an update on deliverables, the portal is the primary access point. This centralised approach ensures every request is tracked to resolution.
