Output-Based Pricing: On Demand Services

On Demand is Felcorp's pay-per-job model. You submit individual jobs through the Felcorp Portal, each job is scoped and quoted before work begins, and you pay only for completed deliverables, not headcount.

How It Works

  • Purchase prepaid credits through the Felcorp Portal
  • Submit jobs individually, each is quoted by service area and complexity tier before work starts
  • Approve the quote, then credits are deducted on completion
  • Credits do not expire while your account is active

Service Areas and Complexity

All On Demand jobs are classified into three complexity tiers (Simple, Intermediate, Complex) that determine turnaround time and pricing. Current service areas:

  • Paraplanning: advice documents, modelling, file notes, research, modelling.
  • Tax Accounting: individual, company, trust, partnership returns, BAS, workpapers.
  • SMSF Administration: full compliance, annual returns, audit preparation.

Per-Head Pricing: Full Time Staff

Full Time Staff pricing is a fixed monthly fee per dedicated staff member. Each person works exclusively for your business, full-time, from Felcorp's managed office in Punjab, India.

How It Works

  • Engage 1 to 5 dedicated full-time staff members
  • Each works Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break), on-site at Felcorp
  • You direct daily workflows. Felcorp handles employment, supervision, HR, training and infrastructure
  • Fixed monthly rate per head, invoiced monthly in advance. Rate varies by experience level

Staff Experience Levels

  • Junior (3 months to 2 years): structured, repeatable tasks. Fastest to recruit (2 to 6 weeks).
  • Intermediate (3 to 5 years): applied judgement, system cross-referencing, process exceptions. Recruit 4 to 8 weeks.
  • Senior (5+ years): complex work, regulatory expertise, training oversight. Recruit 6 to 12 weeks.

Commitment

  • 3-month minimum (covers recruitment, setup, training), then month-to-month
  • 30 to 60 day termination notice depending on team size
  • Annual pricing adjustments capped at 5% per renewal cycle
  • If your team grows beyond 5 staff, Felcorp recommends transitioning to a Pod Engagement

Captive BPO Pricing: Pod Engagements and Custom Solutions

Captive BPO pricing covers Felcorp's enterprise-scale models for organisations that need a self-contained offshore operation with dedicated leadership.

Pod Engagements

A Pod is a dedicated team of 6+ full-time offshore professionals operating as a self-contained unit. Unlike Full Time Staff where you engage individuals, a Pod operates with its own leadership, processes and governance.

  • Control spectrum: choose how much Felcorp manages vs how much you run independently
  • Setup cost: one-off first-year cost for legal structure, policies and workplace configuration
  • Management fee: optional ongoing fee for HR, recruitment, compliance, training and oversight
  • Operational costs: staff salaries, office, equipment and IT paid directly by you
  • 12-month minimum commitment with a 3 to 5 year strategic planning horizon

Custom BPO Solutions

For 20+ staff with requirements beyond the standard Pod framework, Felcorp designs Custom BPO Solutions scoped from the ground up. These include:

  • Bespoke operating model, management structure and governance framework
  • Call centre, customer support and compliance-heavy operational environments
  • Enterprise procurement and individually negotiated terms
