Key agreement terms for Felcorp full-time staff BPO engagements covering commitment periods, termination, billing and renewals.
When you engage Felcorp's BPO service under a Full Time Staff Engagement, your agreement is governed by Felcorp's standard service agreement. This agreement is designed for financial services businesses operating in insurance, accounting and financial planning that require dedicated offshore staff without the complexity of a bespoke enterprise arrangement. Below is a detailed breakdown of how the agreement is structured and what each party is responsible for. For a high-level comparison across all engagement types, refer to the How Our Agreement Works overview.
A Full Time Staff Engagement gives you one or more dedicated offshore staff members who work exclusively for your business on a full-time basis from Felcorp's managed office. Each staff member operates on a structured shift, Monday to Friday, with a standard nine-hour working day that includes a one-hour break. All staff are based on-site at Felcorp's offices, and attendance is mandatory to maintain supervision, data security and operational consistency.
The engagement is built around a per-head model. You engage a minimum of one full-time staff member and can scale up to five under this agreement type. If your needs grow beyond five staff, Felcorp will typically recommend transitioning to a Pod Engagement Agreement which offers greater customisation at enterprise scale. Staff are available at junior, intermediate and senior experience levels depending on the technical requirements of your operation.
Each staff member is legally employed by a Felcorp Support subsidiary and works under Felcorp's standard employment terms. You direct the work, assigning tasks, setting priorities and managing day-to-day workflows, while Felcorp handles the employment infrastructure, on-site supervision and operational compliance. For more detail on how Felcorp's India BPO operation is structured, including office facilities and shift logistics, refer to the dedicated operations page.
The minimum commitment period for a Full Time Staff Engagement is three months. This initial term gives both parties enough time to establish processes, complete onboarding and reach a steady operational state. Felcorp's onboarding process mirrors your existing workflows and includes all process, technical and compliance training managed entirely by Felcorp's on-site management team.
After the initial three-month term, the agreement automatically rolls onto a month-to-month basis. There is no requirement to sign a new contract or renegotiate terms at renewal. The engagement simply continues under the same commercial conditions unless either party provides notice. This rolling structure is designed to give you flexibility without the administrative burden of periodic contract renewals. If you want to evaluate the service before committing to the full engagement, Felcorp offers a structured trial period that is outlined in the Trial Service Inclusions agreement article.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice during the engagement. The standard notice period is 30 to 60 days depending on the number of staff engaged and the complexity of the transition. This notice window ensures there is adequate time to wind down operations, transfer knowledge and handle any outstanding deliverables without disruption to either party. For a full explanation of the off-boarding process and what each party is responsible for during the exit period, refer to the Termination and Off-boarding agreement article.
The exit process under a Full Time Staff Engagement follows a structured sequence to protect both the client's operations and the staff involved. Felcorp manages the administrative side of the transition including final deliverables, data handover and employment-related obligations for the departing staff member.
The standard exit process follows these steps:
Full Time Staff Engagements are billed on a fixed monthly per-head basis. Each staff member you engage carries a flat monthly rate that covers employment, management, training, facilities, compliance and quality assurance. There are no hidden add-ons or variable charges for the standard service scope. Billing is processed monthly in advance via recurring direct debit, and standard onboarding costs are included in the engagement fee. For a detailed breakdown of how Felcorp's pricing model is structured, see the How We Price agreement article, and for payment processing details, refer to Billing and Payments.
The per-head pricing model is specifically designed for engagements of one to five staff. At this scale, the consolidated monthly rate delivers strong value because you are accessing Felcorp's existing infrastructure, management layer and compliance framework without needing to build any of that independently. However, if your engagement grows beyond five staff, the per-head economics begin to shift and a Pod Engagement may offer a more cost-effective structure at scale.
One of the defining characteristics of the Full Time Staff Engagement model is the breadth of operational responsibility that sits with Felcorp. The agreement is structured so that the client directs the work, deciding what tasks to assign, setting priorities and managing output, while Felcorp handles virtually everything else. This includes the full employment lifecycle, physical infrastructure, compliance obligations, training and quality assurance. For the complete Full Time Staff engagement overview including how each of these responsibilities is delivered in practice, refer to the service overview article.
Felcorp also manages service-level commitments under the engagement. If your business requires specific SLA parameters around turnaround times, error rates or escalation procedures, these can be formalised as part of the agreement. For detail on the available options, see Felcorp SLA Options. The management overlay that Felcorp provides is a core part of the engagement value. It means you get a fully supervised, compliance-ready operation without needing to build or maintain any of that infrastructure yourself.
