A full time BPO staff engagement is a offshore staffing operation where a dedicated staff member works exclusively for your business, embedded into your workflows and systems, while remaining employed and managed by Felcorp.

Understanding what this looks like operationally before the engagement begins prevents the misaligned expectations that consistently cause problems in the first months of a BPO relationship.

What Exclusive Dedication Means in Practice

Exclusive dedication means your assigned staff member does not work for any other client. Their entire working day( including all their system access, task list, reporting obligations and communications) is oriented toward your business alone.

This is structurally different from pooled or on-demand staffing models where staff complete jobs across multiple clients.

Working Hours and On-Site Requirements

Full time staff work:

  • Monday to Friday,
  • Standard shift is 9 hours per day with a 1 hour break,
  • at Felcorp offices on-site, full time.

On-site attendance is a compliance and security requirement. It enables Felcorp to enforce physical access controls, monitor data handling, maintain direct management oversight and respond rapidly to any performance or compliance issues. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available under this model.

The physical security standards maintained on-site cannot be reliably replicated in remote arrangements where data handling, screen privacy and access controls are inherently harder to audit.

How the Working Relationship Operates Day to Day

  1. You direct the work by assigning tasks, communicating expectations and setting priorities.
  2. Felcorp manages the staff member by supervising attendance, quality, conduct, training and compliance obligations.
  3. Staff member completes the work in accordance to your systems and procedures.

Communication between you and your staff member operates through your existing tools: email, task management systems, project platforms or direct messaging. Your staff member adapts to your communication environment, not the other way around.

You gain the output of a dedicated team member without taking on the employment, HR, compliance and management overhead that comes with local hiring. That overhead remains entirely with Felcorp Support.

FAQs

Can I have more than one full time staff member?

Yes. Engagements scale from a single dedicated staff member to teams of multiple staff. For teams of six or more, the Pod Engagement model is structured specifically for that scale and includes additional management infrastructure to support larger operations.

What happens if a staff member is on leave?

Felcorp manages all leave entitlements and provides monthly reporting on accrued leave balances so you maintain full visibility. We balance leave requests transparently and seek client approval first.

Can I replace a staff member who is not the right fit?

Yes. If a staff member is not meeting expectations after reasonable performance management, Felcorp works with you to resolve the issue through coaching, retraining or replacement. Starting with a BPO trial is strongly recommended for exactly this reason: it surfaces fit issues before the formal engagement commits you to a longer arrangement.
