If you would like to trial both services, please contact us and we can facilitate a custom joint services trial.

What's included

60 hours of Service Support: We'll provide you with 60 hours of genuine, billable services with one of our specialist support staff that will be dedicated to you during the trial period. The staff member will be fully supervised by the allocated division manager that will work with you and the staff member to achieve your illustrated goals and understand your processes.

20 hours of Onboarding Support: We'll also provide you with 20 hours of onboarding support provided by our management team to help set up access and any training we need to do with you.

20 hours of Process Establishment Support: Our management team will simarily provide 20 hours of support to write up standard operating proccedures and specific quality control mechanisms that will be included in the normal service agreement.

How a custom trial works

As expected, a custom trial is infinitely configurable and can be constructed as a transitional or even short-term tool before commencing a formal Pod Engagement.

Custom trials are also used for financial services businesses that wish to engage Felcorp to provide support in other specific areas outside of insurance, financial planning and accounting but within the broader category of financial services. Why do we start with a trial engagement?

Our trial program is an important evaluation and onboarding process that ensures that the structure and the set up of the agreement will best meet both of our needs long-term.

The benefits for you are that you can assess our suitability with minimal stress or commitment. The benefits for us are that we ascertain your specific staffing requirements in preparation for the full time engagement.

What happens if I don't want to continue?

If you do not wish to continue after the trial, we will begin our termination and off-boarding process.

When do we move from trial program to a full-time resource?

During the trial period, we will be having regular feedback and process conversations determining our long-term suitability with you. We will present you with a formal proposal and candidate evaluation. Once you accept that, we will commence the full-time engagement in agreement with you.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy?

Our goal is to deliver our services as best as we can and adhere to agreed contract terms strictly. Within our trial service agreement, we set clear events and expectations in which Felcorp must uphold during the trial. These include designated deliverables and performance expectations.
