Our BPO Services Trial is designed for businesses interested in our Full Time Staff and Pod Engagement service models. We've specifically formulated it to identify process and technical capability so that we can better predict long-term service success.
Our trial service can be customised to meet small business and enterprise needs.
You can choose to trial either our paraplanning service or our adviser admin service.

60 hours of Service Support: We'll provide you with 60 hours of genuine, billable services with one of our specialist support staff that will be dedicated to you during the trial period. The staff member will be fully supervised by the allocated division manager that will work with you and the staff member to achieve your illustrated goals and understand your processes.
20 hours of Onboarding Support: We'll also provide you with 20 hours of onboarding support provided by our management team to help set up access and any training we need to do with you.
20 hours of Process Establishment Support: Our management team will simarily provide 20 hours of support to write up standard operating proccedures and specific quality control mechanisms that will be included in the normal service agreement.
Our financial planning BPO trial engagement is designed for Australian financial services businesses that are interested in our Financial Planning Outsourcing BPO Service. and are interested in a potential full time staff engagement.

During our discovery call, we will assess your scope and workflow duties. We will suggest typical tasks that you can allocate and provide guidance on how to structure your workflow.
As each engagement is unique, firms will utilise different areas of support that we offer. With each support area, we have our own division manager, processes and training programs.
