The Felcorp trial is a structured engagement designed to let you evaluate the service before committing to an ongoing arrangement. It is available across financial planning, accounting and insurance service areas. For pricing detail, refer to the trial section of How We Price.

What the Trial Includes

The trial is a one-off fixed fee covering three distinct components:

  • 60 hours of billable client work: Actual production output delivered by a dedicated staff member working on your real client files and workflows
  • 20 hours of onboarding: System access setup, platform familiarisation, security configuration and introduction to your practice's tools and processes
  • 20 hours of process establishment: Documentation of your workflows, creation of SOPs, template configuration and process mapping to ensure repeatable output quality

All 100 hours are delivered within a defined trial period agreed at commencement.

How the Trial Works

A dedicated staff member is assigned to your trial for the full duration. This is the same model used in a Full Time Staff Engagement, not a pooled or rotating allocation.

The trial follows this sequence:

  1. Onboarding is completed first, establishing system access and familiarisation with your tools and platforms.
  2. Process establishment runs in parallel with early billable work, documenting your workflows and building SOPs.
  3. Billable client work ramps up as onboarding and process documentation are completed.
  4. A Client Success follow-up is conducted during the trial to review progress and address any concerns.
  5. At the end of the trial, Felcorp provides a summary of work completed, hours used and recommendations for ongoing engagement.

Service Standards During the Trial

The trial operates under the same service standards as a full engagement. This includes:

  • Management supervision: Your staff member is supervised by Felcorp's management team throughout the trial
  • Quality assurance: All deliverables are reviewed by QA managers before being returned to you
  • Compliance: Work is completed within Felcorp's data security and confidentiality framework
  • Workflow reporting: Timesheets and job completion reports are provided at agreed intervals

The trial is not a reduced or limited version of the service. The purpose is to give you a representative experience of what an ongoing engagement looks like in practice.

What Happens After the Trial

If you proceed to a full Full Time Staff Engagement, the transition is managed by Felcorp's Client Success team. Where the same staff member continues, there is no additional setup fee and the onboarding and process documentation completed during the trial carries forward.

If you choose not to proceed, all data and access is handled in accordance with the off-boarding process described in Termination and Off-boarding. There is no ongoing obligation.
