How termination, notice periods and the off-boarding process work across Felcorp Full Time Staff, Pod and On Demand engagements.
This article covers the off-boarding process that applies when a Felcorp engagement ends. Each engagement type has different notice requirements and exit steps. For the termination terms specific to your engagement, refer to the relevant agreement article for Full Time Staff, Pod or On Demand.
Full Time Staff Engagements require either 30 or 60 days written notice depending on whether the termination is for performance or convenience. Early termination within the initial 12-month commitment period may require payment of the remainder of the term.
Pod Engagements have individually negotiated notice periods ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on team size, entity structure and transition complexity.
On Demand Services can be discontinued at any time with no formal notice period. You stop submitting jobs and any remaining prepaid credit balance is handled per the agreed credit terms.
In cases of serious misconduct involving legal issues, either party may waive any material notice period and terminate the engagement with immediate effect.
Once termination notice is submitted, Felcorp initiates a structured off-boarding process. The scope and timeline vary by engagement type, but the core sequence is consistent.
For Pod Engagements operating under a client-owned entity, the off-boarding relates specifically to Felcorp's management services. The pod operation itself may continue under the client's direct control.
Felcorp manages the secure handover or destruction of all client data and revocation of all system access as part of the off-boarding process. The following items are addressed during compliance close-out:
You will receive written confirmation once all data handover and access revocation is complete. Data handling during off-boarding is governed by the confidentiality and data security terms in your engagement agreement and Felcorp's GRC framework.
For Full Time Staff and Pod Engagements, the off-boarding process includes managing the transition of dedicated staff members. Felcorp handles all employment obligations including notice periods, final entitlements and any redeployment within Felcorp's operations.
If you wish to retain specific staff members through a direct employment arrangement, this can be discussed during the transition period. Any such arrangement is subject to the terms of your engagement agreement.
All outstanding invoices are reconciled during the off-boarding period. For Full Time Staff, the final invoice covers the notice period up to the effective termination date. For Pod Engagements, final billing includes any outstanding management fees and entity-related obligations. For detail on how invoicing works, refer to Billing and Payments.
For On Demand Services, any jobs in progress at the time of termination are completed, delivered and deducted from the prepaid credit balance. Remaining credit balances are handled per the agreed credit terms.
