How our India BPO operation is structured across each service model

Each service model operates from the same Mohali office with shared infrastructure, security controls, and governance standards. The differences are in how staffing, management and engagement terms are configured for your business.

Full Time Staff Operations
Dedicated 1-5 staff engagements full time staff permanently assigned to your business from our Mohali office
Staff are directly employed by Felcorp and work exclusively on your operations from our Mohali facility. Each team member is recruited through our structured hiring pipeline, trained on your systems and processes and supervised by an on-site team leader. You retain full visibility over output through scheduled reporting and direct communication channels.

Staff do not rotate between clients and remain allocated to your account for the duration of the engagement.
Pod Engagement Operations
A managed team operating as a self-contained unit within our Mohali office
Pod engagements run as dedicated processing units within our Mohali facility, typically consisting of 2 to 6 staff managed collectively under Felcorp's operational framework. Your pod has a designated team leader providing daily supervision, with operations managers handling escalation, quality assurance, and client coordination.

Custom shift timing, flexible scheduling, and remote work capability are available for pod engagements. Onboarding includes recruitment, training, system access provisioning and process documentation.
On Demand Operations
Flexible processing capacity drawn from our trained Mohali workforce
On Demand engagements are resourced from our existing trained staff pool in Mohali, with capacity allocated based on task volume and adjusted as workload changes. Work is distributed by our operations team and reviewed against agreed quality standards before delivery. All staff operate under the same security controls, device policies, and confidentiality agreements as dedicated engagements.

On Demand is structured around deliverables rather than headcount, making it suited to variable or seasonal processing requirements.
Custom Solution Operations
