This is why Felcorp treats software training as a core part of onboarding rather than a prerequisite. We do not expect your offshore staff member to arrive pre-trained on your specific system. Instead, we build platform-specific training into the onboarding timeline and complete it in-house before live work begins.

Where these resources are not available, Felcorp's onboarding team will work directly with the platform provider to source training access and materials. This is managed entirely by Felcorp and does not require your team to coordinate vendor training.
