Four steps to start with Felcorp On Demand: discovery call, prepaid deposit, engagement letter and onboarding.

Getting started with On Demand Services involves four steps: booking a discovery call, paying the New Client Credit Deposit, signing the engagement letter and completing the onboarding process. There is no lengthy procurement cycle and no infrastructure to set up on the client side.
From initial enquiry to first job submission can take as little as 24 hours.
The first step is a discovery call with Felcorp. This call is obligation-free and typically runs 30 to 45 minutes. The purpose is to confirm whether On Demand Services are a fit for the work you have in mind and to identify the specific job types you would want to start with.
The discovery call covers:
The best preparation for the discovery call is to identify one or two specific job types you want to start with and bring a worked example of what a correctly completed deliverable looks like. This allows Felcorp to assess the job scope precisely and confirm pricing and turnaround times accurately.
Before the first job commences, a New Client Credit Deposit is required. This deposit is applied directly against your initial jobs and is not a separate fee. It acts as a credit balance from which the cost of your early submissions is deducted.
There is no ongoing fee when you are not actively using the service. Once the credit deposit has been consumed, billing moves to the standard On Demand billing cycle. For the current deposit amount and full billing structure, see On Demand Pricing and How Our Billing Works.
No minimum volume commitment is required beyond the initial deposit. Each job is accepted and priced independently.
The engagement letter sets out the terms of the On Demand arrangement. It covers the billing structure, turnaround time commitments, confidentiality obligations and the scope of the initial job types to be performed.
The engagement letter is straightforward and can be signed and returned promptly. Portal access is established within 24 hours of execution. There is no fixed term. The engagement continues on a job-by-job basis with no lock-in period.
Unlike a full time staff engagement, On Demand does not require a fixed term or minimum staffing commitment.
Onboarding for On Demand Services is focused on your specific job types rather than general process familiarisation. The onboarding call is typically 30 to 60 minutes depending on the number of job types being set up.
The onboarding call covers:
The Felcorp Portal is where all jobs are submitted, tracked and received. Clients receive login credentials and a brief walkthrough before submitting their first job.
For the first submission, Felcorp management will review the job to confirm the source documents and instructions are complete, confirm the turnaround time, complete and QA-review the deliverable, and return the completed work through the Portal with the associated job report.
If any process adjustments are needed after the first submission, they are addressed before the second job is submitted.
From initial enquiry to first job submission, most clients are operational within a few business days. The engagement letter can be signed and returned promptly, and Portal access is established within 24 hours of execution.
The onboarding call itself typically takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on the number of job types being set up. It will take Felcorp approximately 3 to 4 hours to ascertain the standard operating procedures for a new client engaging our services.
No ongoing volume commitment is required. New clients are required to pay a New Client Credit Deposit before the first job commences, which is applied directly against your initial jobs.
After that, there is no minimum volume and no ongoing fee when you are not using the service. For the deposit amount, see the On Demand Pricing page. For full billing details, see How Our Billing Works.
