The values I hold personally are the same values I built Felcorp around. My experience in business is shaped by the many 'colourful characters' I have come across. Some characters are more difficult than others, but I still believe that there is always the right thing to do.
My personal and business philosophy is simple. I still believe in a world that values honesty, integrity and achieving success as a collective peoples rather than a self-serving rat-race down in the sewers.
I believe the best business relationships are built on being upfront, even when the truth is uncomfortable. If something is not working, I would rather address it directly than let it erode trust over time. That principle applies to how I communicate with clients, how I lead my team and how I expect to be held to account.
I operate the same way whether someone is watching or not. Every commitment I make to a client is one I intend to keep, and every process we build is designed to deliver on what was promised. If we fall short, I own it and fix it.
