Set up and trial
From first enquiry to an active trial in under one week.
- Contact us. Book a call, send a form or call directly. Felcorp responds within 24 hours.
- Onboarding call. Felcorp explains its operations and assesses your software, workflows and service needs.
- Onboard for trial. Formal onboarding begins within 1-2 days. Workflow is mapped and a division manager is assigned.
- Start trial. Within one week: software access configured, training delivered, management supervision established.
- Complete trial. Trial runs for 3-4 weeks. All deliverables are QA reviewed throughout. At close, you proceed or exit with no obligation.
Full engagement and ongoing operations
If the trial meets expectations, two final steps move the engagement live.
- Proposal. At week 5, Felcorp issues a full-time engagement proposal based on trial performance data. You review and accept before any further commitment is made.
- Onboard candidate. At week 6, the preferred candidate is hired and trained to your specific processes. The engagement goes live under full management supervision.
Two reporting touchpoints apply to every ongoing engagement.
- Monthly. Workflow analytics report covering timesheet data and a job-by-job breakdown of how staff time is allocated.
- Quarterly. Performance review benchmarking results, identifying issues and agreeing any service adjustments.
