All staff workflows are monitored and supported by Felcorp management throughout the engagement. Clients are not required to manage, supervise or direct their Felcorp team on a day-to-day basis.
Under a Full Time Staff Engagement, Felcorp manages employment, HR, payroll, QA, training, data security, compliance and facilities under one consolidated commercial agreement. For practices operating under a Pod Engagement, the level of Felcorp management involvement is configurable to your operational structure and can be dialled up or down over time.

All completed work is reviewed by a senior team member before being returned to the client. Errors are identified internally before delivery. You only receive work that has passed Felcorp's internal quality gate.
QA coverage includes accuracy, completeness and compliance with your practice template. Every reviewed deliverable generates a QA report recording actual time spent, enabling ongoing performance tracking and comparison against budgeted time across your engagement.

Felcorp manages all onboarding, technical and compliance training for its staff. Clients have no obligation to train, upskill or onboard any Felcorp team member.
Onboarding includes a structured review of your workflow systems, agreement on SLAs and KPIs and a trial program to validate processes before the engagement goes fully live. All processes are documented as SOPs for business continuity, so knowledge is retained even when individual staff change.

Felcorp provides regular reporting on job throughput, turnaround times and output volumes. Clients have full visibility over what is being completed and when, without needing to chase for updates or manage staff output directly.
