Responding to Queries

Please ensure you respond to our queries within 2 weeks

All jobs are automatically closed after 2 weeks of non-activity by you. For work in progress (WIP) jobs that are not complete but prepared to query stage by Felcorp, we will charge out a WIP job invoice of 80% of the total agreed job cost.

All new On Demand Service Engagements start with an initial and one-off prepaid credit fee. This fee will be credited to your account and you may engage our services to drawdown against your credit.

Subsequent billing runs on a standard monthly cycle.
