Felcorp staff are recruited from the financial advice industry and bring direct experience with advice preparation, paraplanning and compliance processes.
Every Felcorp job operates within a supervised management structure. Team leads oversee job allocation, workflow progress and output quality throughout each engagement.
All completed work is reviewed by a senior team member before being returned to the client. Errors are identified and resolved internally before delivery.
Felcorp manages all onboarding, technical and compliance training for its staff. Clients have no obligation to train, upskill or onboard any Felcorp team member.
Felcorp provides regular reporting on job output, turnaround times and volumes. Clients have full visibility over what is being completed, when it is finalised and how long a deliverable takes to complete.
Felcorp invests in staff career development and performance incentives. Motivated, developing staff produce more consistent work and stay longer which reduces disruption to your workflows over the long-term.

Our Full Time Staff Engagements typically operate on a rolling monthly basis with an initial 3 month commitment before rolling over to a month to month agreement. All agreements have clearly defined deliverables, standard operating procedures, Service Level Agreements and scope of work to reduce misunderstanding.
Our Pod Engagements are customised and tailored to each client we work with.
We work within your practice’s existing advice software to ensure full integration with your processes. It is very important that we map out your technology stack, define the function of each software and assess the integration between each other. This is critical for process mapping so we can ensure delivery of service in a reliable and scalable manner.

It is possible but it is not recommended. We recommend to bifurcate the roles into distinct paraplanning and administrative job duties as the workflow expectations differ greatly. We invest in our staff and where they need to balance both administrative and paraplanning duties parallel, it often results in higher job dissatisfaction and burnout, so we typically prevent this scenario from unfolding as it is unsustainable long term.
However, we may be able to structure a solution that utilises our Full Time Adviser Admin service coupled with our On Demand Paraplanning Services to provide you with potentially both support areas without having two full time staff.
The minimum engagement is 1 full time resource for our Full Time Staff Engagement model. This service is designed to be a long-term, holistic solution.
