When you start with Felcorp, you will have access to the Felcorp Portal which is our secure environment to share documents and submit new requests.
Within 24 hours we'll review your job and provide you with a finalised quote for your job submitted. We'll also check your source documents and feasibility of turnaround times and budgets.
We will commence your job according to your turnaround time expectation and suggested budget. We will submit you any queries to resolve should we have any.
Every job is reviewed by our quality assurance team with a supplied review report to sign off on completion.
Once the job is finalised, we submit the final documents within the Felcorp Portal for you to download securely.
After reviewing your completed deliverable, you submit feedback through the Portal. Felcorp uses that feedback to update your process documentation, SOP and QA benchmarks for future submissions of the same job type.

Initially, there is a prepaid credit deposit for services to be completed in advance. Once that is used up, normal monthly arrear invoicing occurs.
No minimums, no commitments or ongoing fees. Allocate jobs when you need them done and receive clear approved quotes before commencing work.
The New Client Credit Deposit is a one-time prepaid credit required from all first-time On Demand clients before the first job commences. It is credit held on your account and applied directly against your initial jobs as they are completed and invoiced. When you onboard, the deposit is recorded as a credit balance. Once you approve the quote and the job is completed that amount is then deducted from your balance. When the credit is exhausted, your account moves to the standard monthly invoice cycle with no further upfront payment required. No. On Demand services operate on a pure pay-per-job basis with no ongoing commitment, minimum monthly spend or volume requirement. You can submit a single job at any time and engage again whenever your workflow requires it. There is no lock-in and no retainer.
Once you submit a job through the Felcorp Portal, we review it within 24 hours and provide you with a fixed quote before any work commences. The quote is based on the complexity tier of the job: Simple, Intermediate or Complex and the estimated time required to complete it. You approve the quote before we proceed. Yes. Urgent turnaround requests are available for applicable job types. For Simple complexity jobs, standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. If you have a tighter deadline, indicate this when submitting your job through the Portal and we will assess feasibility and advise whether urgent processing is available for that specific request.
Yes. On Demand services are designed to complement a Full Time Staff Engagement. Common use cases include overflow work during peak periods, one-off complex jobs outside the standard scope of a full-time staff member's role or transitional support when a firm is scaling between staffing arrangements. If you are already a Full Time engagement client, your existing onboarding and system access applies to On Demand jobs. Every On Demand deliverable goes through a structured QA review by Felcorp management before it is submitted to you. If the review identifies any issues, the job is corrected internally before delivery. You receive the corrected output. If after delivery you identify something that does not meet the agreed standard, raise it with Felcorp management and we will address it. The QA report produced for every job documents the review outcome and provides the basis for any follow-up.
