We run a documented 4-6 week handover between outgoing and incoming staff so they are properly bedded down and productivity is as least affected as possible. You will approve the replacement before they begin.
We have a minimum 3 month period at the beginning of the engagement. Please trial our services before commencing a formal engagement. Our 3 month initial period covers our set up time, hiring and internal training costs. Once it has lapsed, the agreement rolls over to a month-to-month contract.
