You get a named, dedicated Client Services Officer that works exclusively for you full time. They are supervised by our division manager. We do not share staff or operate a pooled service.
We have structured our staff employment contracts to be on similar leave and holiday terms to Australian employment laws. All staff get 1 month of accrued leave each year which includes some public holidays. For more information please see our standard inclusions.
We can get fully set and operational within 2-3 days from initial discovery call. After, we have ascertained your needs, we can begin onboarding and staff implementation. We typically have additional financial planning assistant staff for immediate placement.
Yes, we'll give you options of support staff in India as well as in Philippines. We'll give you our recommendations but ultimately it is your choice.
We have a minimum 3 month period at the beginning of the engagement. We ask you to please start with our trial program to test our services before we start a formal agreement. This covers our set up time, hiring and internal training costs. After the initial period, it is a month-to-month contract.
You have your choice of platforms to use. If you are not set up on Microsoft Teams or Slack, we have our own secure workflow portal, the Felcorp App, where all our daily conversations and files are stored.
Yes. For admin workflows, our division manager will put in review procedures, QA checklists and video links for admin processes. The division manager will also review critical workflow such as product applications and advice implementation schedules.
