You’ll have a full-time, dedicated accountant working only for your firm, supervised by our division manager. We don’t pool or share staff.

We can get fully set and operational within 2-4 weeks from initial discovery call. After, we have ascertained your needs, we can begin onboarding and staff implementation. Start times depend on candidate availability and recruitment efforts. We will disclose all the details in our discovery call.
Yes, we'll give you options of accounting staff in India as well as in Philippines. There will be a mix between what we have available for immediate placement and our specific recruitment efforts for you. We suggest practices to take a trial of our services as we can evaluate your workflow and can assess our suitability for you.
We have a minimum 3 month period at the beginning of the engagement. Please trial our services before commencing a formal engagement. Our 3 month initial period covers our set up time, hiring and internal training costs. Once it has lapsed, the agremeent rolls over to a month-to-month contract.
We can build in KPIs or SLAs into our engagement to ensure that we meet performance milestones throughout our engagement. If we do not meet agreed performance measures, we may set off our invoice for that month or seek other contract remedies. All performance milestones will be negotiated during our onboarding process.
Yes. All major tax work such as company, trust, partnership and specific jobs such as CGT events etc are all reviewed and approved by our division manager. This is one of our main quality assurance procedures we enforce to maintain stability.
