Overview
The below scope of work is separated between paraplanning and admin.
While we can facilitate a combination of both skill sets, this is not commonly found in the candidate market. We recommend clients of a certain size maintain distinct and separate roles between paraplanning and admin, as this approach generally delivers better long-term success. However, in certain circumstances, we can facilitate a combination of scope of work duties.
90% of our Felcorp clients have separate staff for paraplanner and admin assistant roles. We strongly recommend this separation for the following reasons:
Accurate tracking: Enables more precise time tracking, benchmarking, and data analytics.
Clear workflows: Keeps pre-advice tasks (paraplanning) distinct from post-advice tasks (implementation).
Reduced risk: Avoids over-reliance on one staff member holding all advice process knowledge and capacity.
