Once signed up, our prices are fixed for 12 months for the chosen staff member.
Annual Review
We will cap our fee increase by 5% during our agreement renewal meeting.

We structure our pricing on the same terms you would price a full time paraplanning employee in your office. Fixed monthly rates for 12 months in AUD and inclusive of GST. Clear inclusions, no hidden fees, billed monthly.
What's included: all workflow that is in line with the paraplanning scope of work is included in the monthly rate. This includes all training and process development.
Whats excluded: adviser sign-off, licensee/platform fees, third-party software licences, large template rebuilds and non-paraplanning admin.
For changes in which the agreed scope of the paraplanner deviates by more than 25% during the agreement period, we will have to plan and negotiate this change. This is typically reviewed at our renewal meeting. For urgent work and overtime, if it is incidental, it is covered by us.
For all overtime that work that exceeds 10 hours in a month, we may charge this back in agreement with you.
Price changes will depend on what the experience level is of the incoming paraplanning staff member. We price on candidate experience level. All new incoming staff are signed off by you before placement so you will never get caught out by surprise.
