Fixed monthly rates per full-time payroll or part-time (grow payroll service) billed in AUD and includes GST. Invoices are sent monthly in advance for the month with direct debit facility.
We price per employee, either as part time (grow service) or full time. We do not offer pay per pay run.
We suggest that you bundle this up with our bookkeeping services. Many businesses will take advantage of both services and combine that into a full time employee or for smaller businesses, part-time bookkeeper and payroll support. When combining both services, we will charge on the payroll prices given that we use a more experienced tier of staff due to the higher compliance risk in payroll compared to bookkeeping.
Unfortunately, our minimum engagement is our Grow service.
No, there are no onboarding or transition fees in our agreement. These costs are borne by Felcorp and we will naturally cover them.
Generally, in our payroll service there is not really a lot of overtime as pay runs and employee onboarding is quite straightforward and predictable. In most cases, we will cover overtime up to 10 hours per month per staff member. Above this, we may charge this back or negotiate an extended capacity agreement.
