These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) apply to the Felcorp Support website and any associated pages or services made available by Felcorp Support Pty Ltd (“Felcorp Support”, “Felcorp”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of Felcorp Support and its licensors.

Felcorp Support reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. You agree you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site or our systems or networks.
You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site, or with any other person’s use of the Site.

Information on this Site may describe Felcorp Support services in general terms. Felcorp Support’s obligations (if any) in relation to services are governed solely by the written agreements pursuant to which those services are provided, including any engagement letter or service agreement. Nothing on this Site alters those agreements.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific portions or features of the Site, including client portals, secure file transfer tools, communication platforms, or forms. Those terms are made part of these Terms of Use by this reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the terms applicable to a specific portion of the Site, the latter terms control with respect to your use of that portion.

Except where prohibited by law, in no event will Felcorp Support be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Felcorp Support has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, if Felcorp Support is found liable to you for any damage or loss arising out of or connected with your use of the Site or any Content, Felcorp Support’s liability will be limited to the amount (if any) you paid to Felcorp Support for access to the relevant Site feature giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia, for the resolution of any disputes.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be void or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of these Terms of Use. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Felcorp Support with regard to your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings relating to such use.
Felcorp Support’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or any right.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to Felcorp Support through the Site may be used by Felcorp Support without restriction, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
